Doctor of Chiropractic

Michelle Heppner, DC

Dr. Michelle Heppner graduated from Life University School of Chiropractic, receiving her doctorate degree in 1995. Dr. Heppner practiced in Charleston, South Carolina, for 5 years until she moved to Charlottesville in 2000 to start a family practice where she could devote her time and effort to treating entire families, as well as individuals.

Dr. Heppner is devoted to her children, Emily and Quentin. Michelle is a firm believer in exercise and maintaining health and physical fitness.

Certified Massage Therapist

Bob DeGregory, CMT

Bob is a talented Massage Therapist who graduated from the International Academy of Massage Sciences in 1994 and was certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

Since then, Bob has received training in a multitude of specialties. We are lucky to have him on the Heppner Family Chiropractic team.

In addition to being a highly skilled Massage Therapist, Bob is an adoring dad of one beautiful son, and a motorcycle enthusiast. He's also a songwriter and a member of a successful rock band called Full Moon Circle, for which he plays bass guitar.

Office Manager

Cindy Bitrick

Since 2012, Cindy has been taking care of all things at the front desk and behind the scenes here at Heppner Family Chiropractic. She will greet you with a smile and love for our patients.

Away from the office, she loves on her two daughters, Victoria and Kaitlyn, as well as her fiancé, Wes, and their dogs and chickens. She also loves spending time at wineries and listening to live music.
